5 Favorite Vegan Christmas Recipes

“Santa! Oh my Gosh! Santa’s coming! I know him!” I’m seriously LOVE Christmas and cannot wait to cook so much delicious vegan food for our wonderful family! Next week, I’ll be sharing some of my own holiday recipes, but since Friday’s are for friends, I wanted to share a few other recipes and holiday desserts that I love!

I made these Harvest Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms last year for Thanksgiving. John and I almost didn’t even get one though because the rest of the family loved them so much – they even asked to take home any leftovers we had! They will definitely be making it on our menu again.

I haven’t tried these Vegan Sweet Potato Biscuits yet, but I can’t wait to test them out! Two of my favorite things combined (sweet potatoes & biscuits)? Yes, please!

John’s favorite dessert of all time is apple pie, so I tested out this Vegan Caramel Apple Pie last Christmas. It was literally the best dessert I’ve ever had!

These Vegan Rum Balls are new to me, but I’m pretty excited to test them out. Bite-size desserts are so much fun!

Christmas isn’t Christmas without eggnog. I usually buy the So Delicious Coconut version, but this Homemade Vegan Eggnog looks pretty awesome!

    Christmas is a great excuse for me to (almost) guiltlessly make & devour vegan peanut butter cups. I use a tweaked recipe from “How it all Vegan” & they’re better than the “real thing” (Reeses). Soooo freaking good!! :) Yay Christmas!
