Apple Ginger Curried Tempeh

Apple-Ginger-Curried-Tempeh Since my 2013 goal of fitting into my pre-baby jeans, I’ve been on a little health-kick! With the exception of a cheat meal and a dark beer or two per week, I’ve eaten strictly organic, un-processed and gluten-free. I’ve had to get more creative with my recipes, but I’m so excited and feeling awesome!
