Vegan_Squash_Lasagna Gluten-free + vegan can seem difficult sometimes when you’re looking for a hearty meal with no processed goods. However, I’m over at Studio M today sharing my newest recipe for a “full meal” gluten-free, vegan Squash Lasagna that knocked the socks off of even my non-squash fan of a husband! It’s super simple too!
