Vegan Christmas Recipe-Roundup | Breakfast, Drinks, Appetizers, Dinner + Dessert

Vegan-Christmas-Recipe-Round-Up Since I’ll be spending part of today and tomorrow buying groceries for Christmas Eve and day festivities, I’ve been spending an embarrassing amount of time lost in the black abyss that is Pinterest, in search of Holiday meal inspiration. Since I’m assuming I’m not the only one doing this, I’ve put together a little compilation of some (well, 30) of my favorite finds.

In no specific order, here are 30 amazingly delicious sounding Holiday breakfast, dinner, side/appetizer, drink & dessert ideas:

Delicious drinks make the Holidays more fun. Especially if you have a crazy (err…fun?) family. And even more so if you add these holiday ice cubes to them (pictured in the main photo above). Here are a few favorites:

1. Santa’s Little Helper  | 2. Mulled Wine | 3. Pear Nectar and Thyme Mimosa | 4. Cider Jack | 5. Apple Cider Sangria | 6. Spiced Persimmon Maple Old Fashion

My whole life, we’ve always opened presents while the parents had their coffee then had a super filling breakfast/brunch to hold us over until dinner. In keeping the tradition, here are some fun, filling breakfast ideas:

1. Biscuits & Gravy | 2. Crepes with Lime Maple Syrup | 3. Apple Cream Cheese Turnovers | 4. Almond Butter Gingerbread Slice | 5. Johnny Cakes with Skillet Apples, Onions + Sage | 6. Sundried Tomato Tart with Zucchini Hummus

Sides and Appetizers:

I’d take a meal of amazing sides and appetizers over most big meals. It’s so much fun experiencing several different flavors and textures. Kind of like a tastebud celebration. Here are some fun appetizer and side ideas for your vegan Holiday dinner:

Vegan-Holiday-Sides-And-Apetizers 1. Potato Bruschetta | 2. Spiced Sweet Potato Gratin | 3. Shaved Brussels Sprout + Ginger Potstickers | 4. Pomegranate Orange Sweet Potato Bake | 5. Festive Popcorn  | 6. Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

Main Courses:

While I usually make a Tofurky, Gardein or Field Roast, I love the idea of a beautiful, non-traditional main course. Here are some I’m swooning over:

1. Twice Baked Butternut Squash with Cashew Cream | 2. Vegan Lentil Loaf | 3. Chestnut, Mushroom and Lentil Jalousie | 4. Pumpkin +  Pearl Barley Tart | 5. Popcorn chick-un | 6. Creamy Cashew Veggie Pot Pie

You know that song “Christmas isn’t Christmas without you”? It was about dessert. I promise. Here are some ideas outside the typical pumpkin and apple pies:

1. Spiced Cranberry Orange Upside Down Cake | 2. Pumpkin maple cupcakes | 3. Spiced Apple Walnut Cake | 4. Pumpkin Cheesecake Gingersnaps | 5. Peppermint Patties | 6. After dinner Chocolate Chip Biscotti with coffee

What’s on your Christmas/Holiday dinner menu?
