I just want to take a minute to talk to you about sushi. This was the last thing I gave up before going vegan and if I told you I didn’t miss it, I’d be lying. Sure, there will always be the “veggie roll”. It is usually the same at every place and every once and a while, I may even have a pretty decent one. That doesn’t make me miss the real thing any less though.
Franchia’s is an “Asian Fusion” restaurant on Park Avenue. They specialize in mostly Korean dishes but have the best sushi I have encountered. The best part? It’s vegan. Yes, you heard me…vegan sushi. My life is complete.
I’m not going to ramble on and on about these 12 small pieces of heaven that they call the “Franchia Roll”, filled with avocado and vegan crab meat. However, I am going to highly suggest that you try this place out if you are in New York. You won’t regret it.
Have you ever been to Franchia or had vegan sushi?
