You’ve probably already heard of them, but there is this company out called Beyond Meat that our local grocery store just started stocking. Their “chicken” strips are the bomb! Vegan, organic, gluten free, non GMO and absolutely amazing. Quesadillas are now a reoccurring favorite in these parts!
