    BBQ-tofu This vegan BBQ Tofu looks just as good as the stuff they have at Soul Veg! We will definitely be trying it out!

    vegan-corndogs To be honest, I remember SO LITTLE about corn dogs that I have no idea if I like them. However, I’m down to try a vegan corn dog any time.

    Vegan-Potato-skins A vegan version of these nacho potato skins would go perfectly with UFC and beer on Saturday nights (yes, this happens in the Campbell house). Keep an eye out on the blog for a veg-i-fying of this recipe!

    vegan-chocolate-pudding How good is chocolate pudding? This recipe is super simple too!

    thin-mint-martini We’re always looking for chocolaty drinks because Katie doesn’t like the taste of alcohol, but loves chocolate. I bet she’d like this Thin Mint Martini!

    I became obsessed with this bread and soup:


    The bread I left as is, and it’s awesome, but with the soup I replaced the half and half that it called for with a roux made from earth balance, flour, and unsweetened almond milk. It was so good I was upset that my husband took it to work the next day!

    My kids love the veggie corn dogs but I know the frozen ones we usually get are chock full of unnatural stuff…a new recipe would be great! And that BBQ tofu–YES. :)

    Sigh, I love UFC. I’ve tried a vegan chocolate pudding recipe involving avocados, cocoa powder and vanilla extract…amazing! & healthy ! Potato skins look heavenly.
